Mrs. D. Cassioppi
Rites for Mrs. Dorothy Cassioppi, 29 2546 Kishwaukee street, who died yesterday at St. Anthony hospital, where she had been a patient since last Friday, will be conducted at 9 a.m. Saturday at the home of her parents, 1210 South Court street, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Anthony church. Burial will be at St. Mary's cemetery. A rosary service will be held at 7 o'clock tonight at the South Court street address.
Funeral arrangements were made at the Gasparini and Oliveri funeral home, 824 Sanford street.
Mrs. Cassioppi was born Feb. 11, 1914, at LaSalle, and was brought to Rockford by her parents several years later.
Besides her husband, Frank, and a two-year-old daughter, Marion, she is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Palmeri, two sisters, Mrs. Ann Marsala and Mrs. Mary Sciamia, and two brothers, Jack and Frank Palmeri, all of Rockford.
