Born in Rhode Island, raised in Drexel Hill Pennsylvania.
Bob joined the Navy when World War II broke out and served in the Pacific. He returned to Pennsylvania when the war was over and worked at the various oil refineries in the Philadelphia area.
He met Muriel and they married in 1948, they eventually moved to Cape Cod and ran a cottage colony and boatyard for many years. After Muriel passed away he continued to run the boatyard but turned the cottages into condos. He married Sally and they as a team ran the business. He always loved to ski in the Winter in New Hampshire and spend time in Florida.
He retired to Florida with Sally and they bought a horse farm and bred race horses for many years.
He had a great sense of humor and was a tease to the very end.
He is survived by family and friends who will remember him fondly. He cherished his wife, and her children and grandchildren and watched them all with a twinkle in his eyes, always ready for a prank.
