Leona Dorsey was born Jan. 31, 1915, in Pittsfield, a daughter of Jesse and Clella Cannon Ball. She married Ross Stuffleam. She later married Ralph Dorsey in 1953. He preceded her in death Jan. 16, 1999, in Peoria.
Surviving are two sons, Jesse 'Jerry' (Shirley) Stufflebeam and Ronnie (Connie) Stufflebeam; two daughters, JoAnne Johnson and Vaneta Antle; a stepson, Ronald Dorsey; five stepdaughters, Connie Caughey, Maureen Clark, Betty Lowler, Carol Dorsey and Linda Dorsey; nine grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; four stepgreat-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; five sisters, Eiene Cernich, Lila Sheets, Sharon Van Middleworth, Nellie Westerfield and Shirley Mahr; and four brothers, Richard, Jack, Gene and Ernie Ball.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
