Born in Wilmington, Alfreda was the daughter of the late Anna E. (Ambrose) and Edward J. Chinski, Sr. She was predeceased by her husband, Angel M. Arias.
She is survived by her son, Jose Rivera; her sisters, Mary Ann Johnson of Wilmington and Catherine Chinski Capadonno of Florida; her brothers, Edward Chinski of Elkton, DE, Francis Chinski of Georgetown, DE, and William Chinski of Delaware City, DE.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 19th at 2 PM at the chapel at All Saints Cemetery, 6001 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington where visitation will begin after 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at the Cemetery.
