Frank Accettola, 72, of the Francis Nursing Home, died today at 4:30 a.m. at the Alliance Community Hospital after a 15 year illness.

He was born in Italy Feb. 12, 1898 and resided in Alliance for the last 40 Years.

He was a retired employee of the American Steel Foundries in 1954 after 25 years as a chipper.

He was a member of the St. Joseph's Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Fanny, who resides with their daughter, Mrs. Lucy Conti of 10544 Dot Ave., N.E.; three daughters, Mrs. Conti, Mrs. Joann Ingledue of Salem and Miss Mary Accettola of Alliance; and three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be observed Monday from 7 - 9 p.m. at Sharer-Stirling Funeral Home with rosary to be recited at 8p.m.
