January 3, 1949 - September 18, 2011 OKLAHOMA CITY Max L. Crouse passed from this life on Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011, at the age of 62. Max was born in Panama City, FL on Jan. 3, 1949 to Max Lee & Lela Maxine Crouse. He graduated from Midwest City H.S. in 1967. He also attended the University of Central Oklahoma. Max worked for the State of Oklahoma for many years and retired in Jan. 2009. He is survived by his sisters Mrs. Loran W. (Dona) McGinnis, OKC, and Mrs. Dennis L. (Rita) Dudley, Allen, TX. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Thurs., Sept. 22, 2011, at Family Life Assembly of God Church, 12481 NE 23rd St., Nicoma Park, OK. Graveside Services will be at 2:30 PM at Fairlawn Cemetery, Stillwater, OK. Max was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, OK.
