Cora Ellen Drattlo

Cora Ellen Drattlo, 81, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2001, at Morgantown Health Care Inn. She was a resident of Morgantown since 1972.

She was born Oct. 20, 1919, in Warsaw, Mo. Her parents were William R. and Mabel (Fisher) Halligan. She married Albert Drattlo on Oct. 15, 1949, in Harrison, Ark. He survives. Other survivors include a son, F. Albert Drattlo of Morgantown. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Walter, Edward and Albert Halligan.

She was a homemaker and previously was employed as a clerk at Magic Market Grocery in Indianapolis, retiring in 1968.

She was a member of Cottonwood Christian Church in Brown County. She was a past member of the Nashville chapter of Eastern Star. She enjoyed bird watching, reading and crocheting.

The Rev. Darrel Miller will conduct a service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Brown County.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Relay for Life Breast Cancer Research Fund in care of Meredith-Clark Funeral Home.
