George W. LOY, 83, retired farmer died at 8:30 Wednesday at his home in Madison township following several years of illness. The deceased was born in Madison township on January 20, 1862 the son of Lewis and Harriett ( BICKEL ) LOY. On August 14, 1886 he was married to Hannah MAYS who survives together with three sons, Richard of Portland; Perry who resides with his parents and Walter of Portland. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and four great- grandchildren and two brothers, Frank and John LOY, of Portland. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Salamonia Methodist Church, Rev. H.G. PERRY officiating. Burial will be at Salamonia cemetery.
