FORT WORTH - Mildred C. Brooks, a homemaker, died Friday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 78.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Mrs. Brooks was born in Dublin and was a longtime resident of Fort Worth. She was a member of the Eastern Star.
Survivors: Husband, James E. Brooks of Fort Worth; son, James E. Brooks, Jr. of Fort Worth; daughter, Karen "K.C." Turner of Grapevine; two brothers, Carmen Waddle and Macklin T. Waddle, both of Fort Worth; and two grandchildren.
