Obituary - Malin D. Lewis, loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend, age 66, passed away peacefully June 26, 1993 in Salt Lake City, following complications to Parkinsons disease.

Born April 24, 1927 in Heber City Utah to Rowe and Evelyn Ivy Lewis. He married Stella Gardiner on September 3, 1946 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Member of the LDS church where he served in a bishopric and in various other organizations of service. Member of the Sons of Utah Pioneers Canyon Rim Chapter. Retired after 28 years from Sweets Candy Company.

Survived by his wife, Stella, Salt Lake; one daughter, Debra (husband John) Oldham, Idaho Falls, Idaho; one son, Craig Allen, California; four grandchildren, Travis, Tasha, Casey, Amber; four sisters, Hazel Johnson, Marie Giles, Mabel Bethers, all of Heber City; and Gladys Offret, Layton. Preceded in death by his parents and one brother.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 29, 1993, 12 noon at the Rosecrest First Ward, 3101 South 2300 East, with Bishop Bruce Smith officiating. Friends may call Monday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Holbrook Funeral Chapel, 3251 South 2300 East, and at the church on Tuesday one hour prior to the services. Interment and dedication of grave at 2:30 p.m. in the Heber City Cemetery.
