Mrs. Mary Ellen Marsh, widow of Dr. Nathaniel Marsh, formerly of Port Jervis, died at her home in this city at 6 Broad street, suddenly on Tuesday afternoon, at 5 o'clock.

Funeral services will be held at the late residence on Thursday morning at 9 o'clock, and the interment will be in the family plot at Bloomingburg.
