Anne D. Bert of Dover died Thursday June 30, 2011 at Green Meadows Nursing Home, Dover. She was 94.
Mrs. Bert was born May 21, 1917 in Madison, Pennsylvania.
She spent most of her life in the Pittsburgh area and moved to Delaware in 1987.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack W. Bert, 1991 and daughter, Jane Laurits, 1987.
She is survived by her son, Jack Bert of Dover; two grandchildren, Jason Laurits of Brooklyn, NY and Melisa Laurits Stoeck of Portland, OR; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11AM, Monday July 4, 2011 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Dover.
