According to page 451 of the DAR book "A History of Pulaski County" (1935) Charles and William, who died within a few years of each other, are buried at Double Branch Cemetery in Pulaski. The area today is just a stoneless area with depressions in the ground. The tombstone survey of Wesley Chapel available on the Pulaski County GenWeb does not list them.
