Mrs. Henry Petzold died at her home in Arbela Twonship on Wednesday, December 16, 1963 at the age of 43 years and 1 month after a lingering illness. She was born in Germany on Nov. 6, 1913. She made her home in Saginaw until Nov. 23, 1935 when she was married to Henry Petzold. Three children were born to this union, two sons and one daughter.

Mrs. Petzold was buried from the Lutheran Church on Saturday, December 19 with Rev. Hugo Ferber officiating. Burial was in Millington Cemetery.

Mrs. Petzold is survived by her husband, Henry; two sons, Otto and Arnold and one daughter, Wanda; all at home. Three sisters, Mrs. Acadia Ecklen, Mrs. Emma sullivan and Mrs. Ida Jewell, all of Saginaw, and two brothers, Rudy Hillert of Bay City and Edward Hillert of Saginaw also survive.
