Norman Alvin Adams was the son of William Alvin Adams and Emmer Letha Matlock. He was married several times. His earliest known marriage was to Rebecca Mae Green on 24 Mar 1941, in Idaho. According to his 1 Apr 1958 Oregon State Marriage Record, he had been divorced since 1942. This may be substantiated by his 1942 WWII draft registration, where he is listed as living with his father, and his father is the relative who will always know where he is. His 1958 marriage, in Pendleton, Umatilla Co., Oregon, was to Laverne Olgia Greene. At the time of Norman's death, his Montana death certificate states his wife's name as Mary L Adams. There may have been other wives prior to his marriage to Mary. According to the certificate, Norman's cause of death was a subdural hematoma due to falling and hitting his head on a car bumper. The certificate also states he was living in a long-term care facility at the time of his death at age 86.
