MAMIE MERIWETHER, 87, of Tampa died Friday in Tampa. A native of Marble Valley, Ala., she had lived in the Tampa Bay area 47 years. She was retired from Sears Roebuck & Co., and was a member of Idlewild Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ben; one son, Wayne of Tampa; and two grandchildren.
