Mrs. Frances Inez Muse Mullins, age 73, of Chatsworth passed away on Monday, September 12, 2011 in Chattanooga. She was born June 14, 1938 in Whitfield County, GA USA, daughter of Hershel Leon Sr. and Edith Inez Burns Muse who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her son, Danny Rich; 2 sisters, Betty Dean and Barbra Kennedy; and 2 brothers, Gary Muse and Arthur Muse.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Mullins; sons and daughter-in-law, Sherman and Jerri Rich, Clayton Rich, and Dewayne Rich; daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Richard Ausmus, Shena and Johnny Bradley, and Sarah Mullins; brothers, Hershel Muse, Jr. and Kenneth Muse; sisters, Carolyn Sherline Parker, Helen Ruby Muse, and Brenda Gail Roden; grandchildren, Roy Rich, Billy Rich, Brittney Rich, Crystal Rich, Carrie Rich, Davida Overby, and David Overby; and twelve great-grandchildren.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Frances will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Way of the Cross Baptist Church, located at 479 Bayview Drive in Sugar Valley, Georgia. Interment will follow in Lovejoy Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the church from 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday until the funeral hour the following day.
