9/23/1965- Tuttle Times:

Funeral services were held Saturday in the Amber High school auditorium for Tom J. Mosier, 50, a resident of Amber for 33 years. Rev John Moris officiated. Music was furnished by the Amber choir. Pallbearers were Harvey Ross, D.L. Haynes, Sam Brite, Rowland Ridge, Grant Shipley, & George Dodson.
Mr Mosier was born 7/8/1915 in Lincoln county and moved to Grady county from Meeker in 1932. A garage owner in Amber, he maintained all Amber school buses. He was a member of the Amber Lions club. He was stricken suddenly Wednesday, Sept 15, with a heart attack at his home. Survivors include his wife, Helen, of the home, 1 daughter, Linda, of the home, 3 sons, George & Melvin of Amber & Roy of Chickasha, his mother, Mrs J.A. Mosier of Amber, 2 sisters, Mrs Bertha Peters of Norman & Mrs Loretta Williams of Tuttle, 6 brothers, Carl & Earl of Phoenix, AZ, Myrl of Chickasha, Troy of Speery, Pat of Shawnee, & Roy of Garden Grove, Calif, and 4 grandchildren. Interment was in the Fairview cemetery, Tuttle, under the direction of the Seviers funeral home.
