"HASKELL, Myrtle E. - Passed away in Santa Rosa on Thursday, April 18, 1996. Dearly beloved wife of Robert K. Haskell of Santa Rosa; beloved mother of June Farrahy of Santa Rosa; dear grandmother of Leslie Jensen, Jessie Rennaker and Thomas Farrahy, III; also survived by by five great grandchildren. A native of King City, CA, age 94 years. A long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church of Santa Rosa, the Welfare League,the Saturday Afternoon Club and the Retired Officer's Wives Club.
Private Graveside Committal Services will be held on Thursday, April 25, 1996 at the San Joaquin National Cemetery, Gustine, CA, If desired, donations in Mrs. Haskell's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Respite-Resource Center, P.O. Box 4900, Sant Rosa, CA 954022 or to your favorite charity. Arrangements under the direction of Daniels Chapel of the Roses."
[Note: Her remains were later moved to Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia to be buried alongside her husband after he passed away in July 1999]
