Mrs. Bettie Rhoads Dickerson, 68, resident of Dallas since 1918 died Tuesday at her home, 5742 Llano. Services will be at 1 p. m. Thursday in Guardian Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Restland Memorial Park. Born in Macon County, Tennessee, where she spent her early life, she married Jasper S. Dickerson, a farmer of the community, and in 1892 moved with him to Plano, where he was a rural mail carrier.

In Dallas, where her husband operated a grocery store in Oak Cliff, she was a member of the East Dallas Christian Church. Mr. Dickerson died in 1934.

Surviving are a daughter, Miss Vonnie Dickerson; a son, Otis Dickerson; and a granddaughter, all of Dallas.
