Wife of Seminole Co. Officer Dies
Funeral Today for Mrs. Pebble Hortense Gillham
Konawa - Mrs. Pebble Hortense Gillham, 39, wife of a Seminol county deputy sheriff, Omer Gillham, died about 4 p.m. Friday at the couple's home, north of Konawa. She had been in failing health for several months.
Born June 20, 1913, in Konawa, she attended Maud schools. Prior to her illness she was active in the Konawa Rebekah lodge.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the Assembly of God church. Rev. Winkler of Maud will officiate. Burial will be in Wolf cemetery.
Bearers will be Fred Snell, Deway Wright, Buster Wagoner, Tyre Love, W. C. Hyde, W. A. McLeister.
Watts Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Surviving besides the husband are her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Jim Villines of Maud; brothers, Douglas Villines and J. E. Villines, both of Wolf and a sister, Mrs. L. O. Denney, Snomac.
