Grant Finch, 93, of Middleton, passed away on Saturday November 4, 2000 at Nampa Care Center. Grant was born at Codell, Kansas, on October 23, 1907, to May (Bair) and Richard N.B. Finch. He met Marie Cox in the late 1920s and they were married at Hailey on October 1, 1930. He had farmed, mined, logged and worked in heavy construction during his lifetime, retiring from construction work in the late 1980s.
Grant was survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Don and Laural Finch of Middleton; son Larry Finch of Rainer, OR; six grandchildren; brother, Charley Finch of Springfield, OR; sister, Erma Shockley of St. Anthony; and numerous nieces and nephews.
