MEADVILLE. May 15.—Hon. Cyrus Harper, ex-mayor and a highly respected resident of this city died yesterday afternoon after a brief illness of pneumonia.
He was about fifty-one years old and was a soldier of the late war. Ha served the city as councilman and school director, as well as mayor. Mr. Harper was a prominent Odd Fellow, He leaves a wife and six children.
