Moulton - Noah Caress Lawson, 80, died Sunday, January 26, 1975.

The son of Isaac and Nevady Jeffers Lawson, he was born in Scott County, Kan., July 26, 1894. He grew up in Missouri. After serving in World War I, he came to Centerville. He was married to Adeline Horn February, 1920, and they farmed in the Coatsville, Mo., area after their marriage. She preceded him in death in May, 1967. For the past eight years he had made his home near his son Harley near Moulton.

Surviving are his son, Harley, of Moulton, rural route, one daughter, Wilma Phillips of Bellingham, Wash.; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Frank, Ray, Milford and Roy, and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Akes of Centerville.

The body is at Duley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at the funeral home Wednesday, 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Paul Davenport officiating. Burial will be in Hilltown Cemetery.

Moulton - Noah Caress Lawson, 80, died Sunday, January 26, 1975.
