Helen "Sally" Rhoads Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, sister and friend went home to be with her Lord December 17, 2007. Helen was born March 28, 1921 to Frank and Ethel Albee in Grand Island, NE. She became an RN and loved pediatrics. During World War II she was stationed in Texas and there met and married Earl "Dusty" Rhoads. They moved to Wolf Point, MT in 1952. She worked at the hospital there until they moved to Bozeman in 1965 where she continued working at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital until she retired. They had five children: David Rhoads, Nancy (David) Watling of Hastings, MN, Janet (Brian) Empie of Bozeman, Jeanne (Larry) Johnson of Bozeman, Dick (Carla) Rhoads of Sacramento, CA, and a foster son, Jason Randall. She has two sisters: Irene Egelston of Englewood, CO and her identical twin sister, Hazel "Cindy" Rowland (Dave) of Willow Springs, NC., as well as two sister-in-laws, Iris Kleidon of IA and Luellyn White of CA and numerous nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Rhoads, their son, David, and foster son, Jason, a grandson, Boyd Aaron Watling and both brothers, Harold and Bob Albee of Grand Island, NE. She loved her Lord Jesus Christ, all her children, 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She taught Sunday School for many years, enjoyed growing plants and could grow flowers in the worst soil. She always helped those in need and could be heard singing hymns in the darkest of hours as well as in the good times. A memorial service is planned for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 19th at River Valley Christian Fellowship, located at 522 W. Beall. "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints." Psalm 116:15
