The Reverend George Carey will officiate at a funeral service Wednesday 10 a.m. in Holland & Lyons Chapel. Burial will follow in Desert Memorial Park. She is survived by her husband, Max D. Leavitt of Ridgecrest and her nephew Larry Tarvin of Fontana. Mrs. Leavitt, who was a housewife, moved to California 30 years ago and lived in Ridgecrest for the past 15 years.
