He was born September 28, 1917, in Wellington, Utah, to Emmett Acle Palmer and Novella Pinegar. He married Elva Lucile Fausett November 15, 1941, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Marriage later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple.He is survived by his four children, Novella A. (Gene) Burton, West Valley; W. James (Peggy), Centerville; John Scott, Murray; and Sally Ann (Mike) Zunkowski, Sandy; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. His wife of 53 years passed away in January 1995.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 6, 1995, at 12 noon at the Fausett Mortuary Chapel, 680 East 100 South, Price, Utah, where friends may call Wednesday from 7-8 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m.-12 noon prior to services. Interment, Price Utah Cemetery.
