Elizabeth West Morton Etheredge

Elizabeth West Etheredge, 87, of the 3100 block of Shore Drive, died Aug. 14, 1997.
Mrs. Etheredge was born in Portsmouth, Va. She was a member of Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church in Virginia Beach. Mrs. Etheredge was a resident of Westminster Canterbury for the past 15 years.
Mrs. Etheredge was preceded in death by Jeremiah Morton, Robert Etheredge, and Ann Agelasto. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara West Williamson of Evanston, Ill., Charlotte Morton Bennett of Centreville, Va., and Elizabeth Bruce Westbrooke of Jacksonville, Fla.; six grandchildren, Amy, Betsy, James, Pamela, Rebecca and John; and a great-grandson, Eric.
A memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18, 1997, at Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Andrew MacBeth. Memorial donations may be made to the Eastern Shore Chapel Episcopal Church Building Fund, 2020 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, Va. 23454, or to the fellowship fund of Westminster Canterbury, 3100 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, Va. 23451. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
