Lee Alfred Gatherers is my grandfather. My mother Susan's father. Lee's parents are Leo Alfred Gatherers and Susan Smith/Gatherers. Lee was born in Libbly Montana, he would marry his only wife Virginia on Dec 24th 1949 in Granite Falls Snohomish County, Washington. Together they had 5 children, my mother being the oldest, Susan, then her brother Richard, another brother Edward, then her only sister Sheryle and last but not least another brother Arlie. After having their family they settled down in a small town called Ballard in Seattle, Washintgon til Lee died on the porch of their Ballard home on June 26th 1993. The love of his life Virginia would soon follow just months apart on April 9th 1994, also in their Ballard home.If I could discribe anything about my grandparents I would have to say they had huge hearts and helped anyone they could. They are so dearly missed by us all who knew them. If anyone has any questions about this side of my family please feel free to email at [email protected] Thanks! Jenn
