Nelsonville- Andrew Adams, 82, of 537 Patton St., died Sunday night at his home after an extended illness. A retired farmer and miner, he was a native of Greenup County, Ky; the son of the late Spencer and Olive Adams. Surviving are his widow, Lina; eight sons, Homer, Safety- Service director of Nelsonville; Spencer, Cephas, Fred and Gilbert, all of Nelsonville Route 1; Richard and Robert of Columbus and Willard of The Plains; four daughters, Mrs. Olive Woods, Columbus, and Mrs. Teresa Fields, Mrs. Alma Donahue and Mrs. Kathryn Monk, all of Nelsonville; a brother, William Adams of Nelsonville Route 1; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Swearigan of Zanesville; 31 granchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services in charge of the Johnson Funeral Home were incomplete.
