The graveside funeral service of Bill Woodrow Jackson, 68, who died Friday, was conducted Saturday in Bronwood city cemetery.

A native of Dooly County, Mr Jackson was a World War II veteran, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and a member of Lakeland Baptist Church. He was retired from a career in the Army.

Survivors include a brother, Wilbur Jackson, Waycross: three sisters, Mrs. V.C. Martin, Cordele, Mrs. Ben Lott, Waycross and Mrs. Eunice Bates, Orlando, Fla. and several nieces and nephews.

Harvey funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Susie Irvin Jackson in 1958, and a Sister
Mary Jackson Carlisle in 1965 and a brother
Clinton Jackson in 1961.
He is survived by one son Franklin Eugene Jackson of Alma, GA. Three Grandsons Terry Eugene Jackson, Orville Todd Jackson and Timothy Lee Jackson all of Owensboro, KY.
Bill is also survived by three sisters Pauline
Jackson Martin, Thelma Jackson Lott and
Eunice Jackson Bates and also a brother Wilbur L Jackson and many nieces and nephews.
Bill Jackson is a veteran of the United States
Army.

Bill was married to Odessa Butler and had one child in 1932 Gene Jackson, they divorced shortly after and Bill joined the Army February 5, 1937 Co. C 8th Infantry
