Noah Greer, an old citizen, died Tuesday evening. Funeral services will be held today and burial will take place in Bass cemetery.

Noah Greer at the ripe old age of 70 years 5 months and 25 days, died at the home of this son David, west of town, Tuesday of last week.
Uncle Noah was the father of ten children seven of which with the mother proceeded him to the great beyond, three only survive him. He was a member of the Christian church at Bedford, was a quiet inoffensive citizen.
The funeral was conducted by Rev. W.A. Sanders at the Bass cemetery and the body laid to rest to await the resurrection morn.
Enlisted in Company I, Indiana 113th Infantry Regiment on 10 Jul 1863.Mustered out on 17 Jul 1863 at Indianapolis, IN.
He also had a daughter Mary who married Charles Beasley 20 may 1892. Charles was the son of John and Ann (Nugent) Beasley.
