He was born June 18, 1900 in Palco, Kans., to Frank and Mary Annon. He was reared and educated there until he moved with his family to Idaho.
He married Opal Ragsdale on July 3, 1923 in Caldwell. They moved to Bend, Ore., in 1925 and back to Caldwell in 1931. He was employed by J.R. Simplot for 15 years and then by the Canyon County Road and Bridge Department until his retirement in 1965. He then moved to Meridian, where he resided until March of this year when he moved to the Sunnyridge Manor in Nampa. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles - Victory area, and the First Christian Church of Caldwell.
He is survived by his wife; a son, two daughters, one brother, one sister, 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and four sisters."
