Rosa Lucia "Aunt Rose" (Ferreri) Perpetua, formerly of East Norriton, died on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at the home of her niece in West Norriton. She was 97 years old and was the wife of the late James Perpetua. Born on December 19, 1913 in Norristown, Rose was a daughter to the late Emilio and Angeline (Carolinge) Ferreri. Before her retirement, Philco Ford, formerly in Lansdale, employed her as an assembly line worker. She was a member of St. Titus Church in East Norriton, enjoyed going to the casinos in Atlantic City, and was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Phillies. Her close family members include her nieces Bobbi (David) Lare of West Norriton, and Jyll (Peter) Parravicini of Levittown, PA, great nieces Courtney Furness and Jaime Flynn, and great nephew Michael Capcino. Additional nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews also survive her. Her siblings Steve, John, Emil, Bill, Mary Ferreri, Loretta Wilmer and Gloria Frederick also preceded her in death along with her niece Cheryl Ann Frederick. Relatives and friends are invited to share in Rose's "Life Celebration" on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at the Boyd-Horrox Funeral Home of East Norriton, PA, 200 West Germantown Pike, (1-800-GIVNISH) from 9:00 to 10:15 AM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM in St. Titus Church, 3006 Keenwood Road, East Norriton, PA 19403. Burial will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, DeKalb Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.
