Statesboro, Ga., Nov. 4 - Murphy Hagan, 69, died early Wednesday afternoon in a local hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. R. T. Moore, Statesboro, Mrs. T. Morris, Brooklet, Mrs. Horace Waters, Oliver, Mrs. B. L. Conaway, Marlow, Mrs. J. H. Woodward, Stilson; three brothers, Henry and John W. Hagan, both of Statesboro, and Harry Hagan, Savannah.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at New Hope Methodist Church by Rev. W. H. Ansley. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers: Harold, Wallace, Marion and Robin Hagan, Harold Hutchinson and Lesley Morris.

The body will remain in the chapel of Barnes Funeral Home until time for services.
