Major League Baseball player for 5 seasons. John "Jack" O'Neill was a backup Catcher during his career with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1902-03, the Chicago Cubs in 1904-05 and with the Boston Braves in 1906. He has the distinction of being part of the first brother battery in MLB history when he caught his brother Mike while playing for the Cardinals.
