December 8---Mrs. Jewell Faulk Lovelace, age 84, of Vidalia, died Saturday, December 7, 2013 in the Community Hospice House in Vidalia after an extended illness. She was a native of Vidalia and lived there most of her life. She was a homemaker and an emeritus member of the Eastern Star in Vidalia. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and a former member of the Vidalia Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom Lovelace in 1987. She was a caring mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Lovelace is survived by one son Tim Lovelace and wife Tracey; three daughters, Kathy Davis and husband Wayne, Debbie Clifton, and Jesslyn Foskey all of Vidalia; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 10th at 11:00am in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Reverend Efton Green and Reverend Bert Swearingen officiating. Burial will follow in the Pinecrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 8:00.
