Mr. Wolsiefer had been a resident of Shelby County most of his life and was employed with the General Electric Co. here before retiring 13 years ago because of ill health. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Shelbyville F. O. P. Lodge.
Born in Indianapolis April 23, 1929, Mr. Wolsiefer was the son of Carl E. and Emma R. (Meyer) Wolsiefer. On Oct. 13, 1951, he married Dorine Weintraut, who survives.
Also surviving are his mother, of Shelbyville, and four children, Kim Wolsiefer, a student at Ball State University, Miss Lynn Wolsiefer, a student at Indiana University, and Miss Pamela Wolsiefer and Joseph Wolsiefer, both at home.
Services will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with the Rev. William Ernest officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph cemetery. Friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Murphy Mortuary, where the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Sunday. (Obit: The Shelbyville News, Apr. 5, 1974)
