CHASE, Franklin Leslie was born April 5, 1842 in Newcomb, Essex County, New York the son of Samuel Brown Chase and Catherine Marie Fellows. He married Margaret L. Sullivan October 13, 1868 and they were the parents of four children, Phillip Arthur, Franklin Leslie Jr., Ethel Gertrude and Cornelia M. Margaret died January 26, 1887 and he then married Minnie Louise Powell about 1890. He was an Attorney. He was raised a Master Mason March 2, 1869. He died August 10, 1913 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois and was buried in the Naperville Cemetery.
