Obituary notes: Charles Cornford , aged 81, of 20 Lexington Avenue, SW, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning at Blodgett Memorial Hospital. Surviving are two granddaughters, Mrs. Agatha Knight and Allen Patricia Gill; one grandson Herbert Ayers; four great-grandchildren: Orie Slater, Mrs. Grace Sevalle of Detroit, and one brother. Herbert Cornford of Owosso. Mr. Cornford reposes at the Greenhoe-VanZee Funeral Home where services will be held at 1;30 p.m. Friday , Rev. Herbert McConnell officiating. Committal services under aupices of 100F LOdge, No. 41, in Washington Fair Cemetery'
