Deceased was born and reared in Fulton County, and was one of the best, noblest, kindest, deserving boys ever known in Fulton County and State of Kentucky.
He was slightly past 35 years of age, being born June 29th, 1886, and all his life was spent in this vicinity, where he had a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
Surviving Mr. McNeill are his wife, his mother, Mrs. B. C. Stubbs; one sister , Mrs. E. B. Guqua; and four brothers, Jesse, Charles, James and Dee L. McNeill.
The funeral services were conducted by the Rev. E. L. Miley, of the Christian Church, in the presence of a large concourse of relatives and driends, and just as the sun was near its setting he was laid to rest beneath the cold sod forever with an abundance of beautiful flowers, which is token of the highest esteem in which he was held.
