Mrs. J. D. Woodford
Mrs. Eliza Jane Woodford, widow of James D. Woodford, died at the home 1818 Fillmore street, early yesterday morning after an illness of five weeks. Funeral services will be held there Friday at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. Born in Bedford County May 22, 1857, Mrs. Woodford was the daughter of William H and Patricia Updike Woodford. She was a member of Leftwich Methodist Church, Bedford County. Surviving Mrs. Woodford are three daughters, Miss Lizzie Woodford and Miss Daisy Woodford, with whom she lived at 1818 Fillmore street; and Mrs. M. S. Witt of Chandler; a son, Henry S. Woodford of Bedford, and three brothers, Joel S. Woodford, James Woodford and I. R. Woodford, all of Bedford.
