Dr G S Riley, of Harris county, well known in Columbus, died Thursday morning at 5 o'clock at Dr Stockton's sanitarium in Atlanta after a lingering illness of several months.
Dr Riley went to Atlanta 5 weeks ago for treatment in hopes of improving his condition. Everything possible was done to relieve the condition of the sufferer, but without avail.
The deceased was an old and well known citizen of Georgia. At the time of his death he was 64 years of age. He was the father of Dr J T Riley. The remains were burie din [sic] Harris county.
