Funeral services for Irvian Eugene "Gene" Paris, 58, of Mauckport, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home, Corydon. He died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at his home.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and after 9 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.

Irvian Eugene (Gene) Paris, 58, Mauckport, died Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2011, at his home.
Born May 3, 1953, in Harrison County, he was the son of the late Beatrice Paris Denny.
He was employed at Tyson Foods in Corydon and was an Army and Indiana Army National Guard veteran.
Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Carl Bolen.
Survivors include his wife, the former Sharon Kaye Huffman; four sons, Scott, Tony and Gene Jr. Paris, all of Mauckport, and Tim Bline of New Albany; a brother, Thomas Bolen of Elizabeth; two sisters, Roseann McKinney and Ella Burns, both of Fredericksburg; and 10 grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Aug. 25, from 4 to 8 p.m., Friday, Aug. 26, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 27, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Saturday, Aug. 27, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
