She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to George Henry Cowley and Gertrude May on December 3, 1912. Edna married William DeLaney on February 11, 1930.
Edna loved to go fishing, camping and working in her yard.
She is survived by son, Jerry Hansen; grandchildren, Chris (Kent) Wiseman, Lane (Colleen) Hansen, Mark Hansen, Robin (Doug) Buckley; also 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughter, Helen, husband, Bill, and six brothers.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 10, 1999, 11 a.m. at Mountain View Memorial Estates, 3115 East 7800 South. Friends may call at the mortuary one hour prior to services.
