Thomas L Swiger aged 77 years died Sunday evening in a sudden manner at his home in Shinnston, from the effects of a hemorrhage of the throat, while eating dinner. Mr. Swiger had a sudden attack and passed away within a short while, He had not been well for some time, having suffered with a disease of the throat.
Mr. Swiger leaves his wife but no children. He was one of the best known and oldest residents of Shinnston and his death comes as a sad shock to all who knew him.
The funeral will take place at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the residence of Shinnston.
