Naval Medical Medical Center, Bethesda, Md., Robert Paul Koiner of Rockville Pike, Rockville, Md., beloved son of the late Garnett and Mary Scherrer Koiner, brother of Edith A., Charles W., James S., and Mary Jane Koiner and nephew of Margaret E. Scherrer.
Remains resting at the Bethesda - Chevy Chase Funeral Home of Robert A. Pumphrey, Bethesda, Md. Services Wednesday, January 26 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Rockville, Md., where requiem mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery.
