Mrs Minnie Maddox, 79, pioneer Oklahoma City resident, died Sunday morning in St Anthony Hospital. She had been in ill health several months. Born in Bucklin, MO, Mrs Maddox moved to Oklahoma City in 1904. She was the widow of W. B. Maddox, formerly in the diary business here.
Services will be 10 am Tuesday in the Hahn Memorial chapel. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Survivors include four sons, Joe Maddox, Edmond; and Lon Maddox, Nicoma Park; Bill Maddox, 1525 NE 11; and Jack Maddox, 2201 NE 15; two daughters, Mrs Anna Chaffee, Rogers, AR; and Mrs Mabel McDonnell, 1606 NE 13; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
