Mrs. Brooks was a daughter of the late William and Carrie Smith Taylor and was married to the late Harry Brigman Brooks. She was also preceded in death by brothers, William Taylor, Carter Taylor, Aura Taylor, Porter Taylor and Robert Taylor and sisters, Eva McIntosh, Partha Clark, Lois O’Kelley and Inez Ward.
She is survived by a special nephew whom she loved dearly, Terry Ward, and special nieces Ronda Wilson and Janice Ammons; and a special great nephew Norman Dale Wilson, III.
