Billy Earl Burch of Ramona, CA, passed peacefully on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 surrounded by his close family at Arbors in Penasquitos, CA. He was 80 years old. Billy was born in Terrell, Texas in 1930.
In 1950, Billy came to San Diego and met Evelyn, his wife of nearly 60 years. He served 20 years in the U.S. Navy. After retirement from the military, he founded Burch Construction Co., Inc. of Ramona.
Billy is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Burch, his three children, Linda Necochea, Mitchell Burch, and Bob Burch, son-in-law Ray Necochea, daughters-in-law Nancy and Vickie Burch, his seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three siblings.
This extraordinary man will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
